All orders are made and packaged with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Canada deliveries may include customs duties/taxes when your package arrives. These fees are charged by customs (not us) and are paid by the customer at delivery.

Processing Time

Merchandise: Printed and fulfilled to order. Processing times vary by item and may take 3–7 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.

A tracking number will be emailed once your package is on the way.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather

Carrier issues

Holidays or peak seasons

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once a package is in transit, please contact the carrier directly for updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages


Cafecito Corner To Go is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier for resolution.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be refunded.

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
