Refund & Return Policy

All sales of mini syrup bottles, sauces, and merchandise (including apparel, accessories, and branded items) are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products.

Because our syrups and sauces are small-batch edible items, they cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons. Merchandise is printed and fulfilled to order, and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

Eligible cases may receive a replacement or store credit.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

• Lost in transit

• Marked as delivered but not received

• Stolen after delivery

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier for resolution.
